Eliminate unwanted ad/script/image easily

Instead of the current right click block images, or manual addition in filters, there could perhaps be a drop box like download managers where one can drop unwanted images. In addition, perhaps some sort of integration into chrome or other browsers that would allow listing of elements loaded, and the ability to scan the code and remove it. Something like firebug capability
